What we did
Using initial content created by Agent3 (including a thought leadership eBook, educational video, proposition infographic and dedicated campaign landing page) the telemarketing team kicked off with 2 x full time telemarketers targeting prospects using stakeholder insights, audience prioritisation and content syndication to set appointments. Results in the first six months achieved targets, triggering further investment to telemarketing efforts, and the oneninefive team was increased from two to four full time telemarketers, with VEV increasing its sales team, too.

In all, over the course of a year, oneninefive achieved all targets for telemarketing, generating over 150 appointments, all of which were attended. This opened up conversations with many tier 1 brands in the UK transport industry.
